Property Manager

Responsible for all operational and financial aspects of properties including budget control and maintenance requests. 

Responsibilities:

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all property-related matters 
  • Overseeing the day-to-day operations of commercial or residential properties. 
  • Responsible to supervise and managing other employees who help maintain the property, such as janitors and/or groundskeepers. 
  • Conduct regular site inspections to ensure that the property is being well-maintained and that any necessary repairs are being made in a timely manner 
  • Assist all outside vendors with property issues 
  • Manage property inventory and maintain accurate records of all property transactions 
  • Solve all maintenance requests filed by home owners and handling any issues that arise during a tenant’s stay. 
  • Process ORs / invoices and track payments in accordance with company procedures 

 

Qualifications:
  • 1 – 3 years of property management experience 
  • Customer service, and interpersonal skills 
  • Detail-oriented and strong oral and written communication skills 
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office 
  • Experience developing and implementing policies and procedures 
  • Leadership experience 
  • Working days: Monday to Saturday

BUILDING ENGINEER

Responsible for assisting in operations and maintenance issues, troubleshooting and problem-solving. Will have daily interaction with property managers, property owners, and vendors.

  • Maintain and repair the building’s major operating systems and address any arising issue that poses risks. 
  • Supervise electrical, mechanical and plumbing works, smoke detectors, and other physical aspects of the building 
  • Monitor preventive maintenance activities 
  • Monitor regular maintenance activities of technicians 
  • Deal with service contractors 
  • Review designs for renovation of units proposed by unit owners 
  • Handle condominium/building compliance 
  • Solve all maintenance requests filed by home owners/tenants and handling any issues that arise during a tenant’s stay. 
  • Assist Property Manager (PM) as needed including building inspections, managing staff, building operations, and projects. 
Qualifications:
  • Registered Mechanical or Electrical Engineer 
  • 2-3 years’ experience in building/facility management 
  • Detail-oriented and strong oral and written communication skills 
  • Proficient in Microsoft office 
  • Working days: Monday-Saturday 

PROPERTY ACCOUNTANT

Responsible for the efficient and overall performance of the subdivision estates assigned to the position ensuring the implementation of all directives of the Board and/or Board Committees. 

Exercises supervision of all aspects of service operations, general administration, and repair and maintenance of these properties.

Qualifications:
  • Candidate must possess at least a bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent. 
  • Good interpersonal & business communication skills 
  • Honest and can work under pressure with minimal supervision 
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office 
  • WORKING DAYS: Monday to Saturday (8:30AM – 5:30PM)
