At GlobalLand, we value learning experiences and promote professional development. That’s why in Q4 of 2023, we launched the Customer Service Training Track, designed not only to upskill our employees, but also to provide exceptional experience to our partners and clients. On top of this, Personal Excellence courses were also delivered such as Speaking with Confidence, Work Attitude and Values Enhancement, and Business Ethics and Decorum.
To date, our training programs have yielded 1,696 learning hours across varied participants within Metro Manila and GMA. Likewise, our learning sessions received an average learner satisfaction rating of 99%!
Our goal is to continuously provide relevant, fun, and meaningful training programs with the objective of not only upskilling employees through a variety of activities during the program but also facilitate self-awareness and inspire positive action.
