August 2026 JumpStart – Competitive Spirit
Last August, Globalland Property Management Inc. brought its team together through its online Jumpstart activity, highlighting one of the company’s core values: Competitive Spirit.
During the session, members of the assigned team came together to explore what it means to embrace a competitive spirit in the workplace—not simply as a drive to outperform others, but as a commitment to continuous improvement, excellence, teamwork, and delivering better results.
Through an engaging discussion, team members shared their perspectives, experiences, and insights on how healthy competition can inspire individuals and teams to raise their standards, overcome challenges, and pursue excellence in their respective roles.
