Colleagues mingled effortlessly, catching up on both work and personal anecdotes, while eagerly anticipating the excitement that lay ahead.The highlight of the evening was the lineup of engaging activities that catered to every interest within the Globalland team. From friendly rounds of office-themed trivia to spirited games of Pictionary, laughter filled the air as they bonded over shared triumphs and friendly competition.

In between games, they indulged in a delightful spread of food, carefully selected to cater to everyone’s tastes. To complement the delectable fare, a makeshift bar offered an array of refreshments, from freshly brewed coffee to chilled beverages. In April 2024, Globalland announced the move towards automation by implementing cashless payments for homeowners’ monthly dues across all management projects. This move is in collaboration with the corresponding Homeowners Association Board of Directors (HOA-BOD). This calculated move is meant to make life easier for community members and streamline financial transactions.

This also aims to say goodbye to custom of paying in person and welcomes the convenience and effectiveness of electronic payment options. This change is a testament to our dedication to keeping up with changing consumer demands and technological developments.

Beyond convenience, the shift to cashless transactions is expected to yield several benefits by eliminating the need for physical cash, improved financial transparency, and faster payment processing.

Globalland and the Homeowners Associations are happy to announce that residents now have access to a number of easy payment choices in addition to the shift towards cashless payments. In addition to traditional check payments, members can now make payments over-the-counter, through online bank transfers, and through e-wallet services. All residents are guaranteed with flexibility and accessibility thanks to this wide variety of payment options, which accommodate individual needs and preferences.

Adding to the ambiance, our HR team had arranged a colorful dress code, with singles adorned in purple, those in relationships in green, married individuals in red, and those navigating complicated relationships in blue. This vibrant display of attire added an extra element of fun and intrigue to the festivities.
As the evening continued, the atmosphere remained electric, with employees mingling and sharing stories, their hearts warmed by the love and camaraderie that filled the air. Against the backdrop of twinkling lights and festive decorations, each employee had the opportunity to strike a pose in our enchanting make-shift Polaroid frame, capturing precious memories that would be treasured for years to come.

Our company’s Valentine’s Day celebration, meticulously planned by our dedicated HR team, was a spectacular affair filled with love and joy. Under their thoughtful guidance, every detail was flawlessly executed, ensuring a memorable experience for all. As the festivities unfolded, our president, with a twinkle in his eye, took center stage, delighting all employees by distributing chocolates to the gentlemen and pairing beautiful flowers with chocolates for the ladies.

But the surprises didn’t end there! In a breathtaking twist, amidst the celebration, a pretend wedding unfolded, adding an extra layer of romance and excitement to the event. With laughter and cheers echoing through the venue, two colleagues, chosen as the honorary bride and groom, exchanged vows in a lighthearted ceremony officiated by our company attorney. It was a joyous moment that brought everyone together, celebrating the spirit of love and unity within our workplace.

That’s why in Q4 of 2023, we launched the Customer Service Training Track, designed not only to upskill our employees, but also to provide exceptional experience to our partners and clients.
